Your Role as a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for out clients

We need someone to book detailing appointments for our client by cold calling local businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be making 200+ calls per week to local businesses and car owners, booking appointments for our detailing clients. This isn't telemarketing. You're not reading a script. You're having real conversations, handling objections like a human, and getting 

You'll start with one client making 200 calls per week. As you prove results and we bring on more clients, you'll scale to handling multiple clients and move to full-time work within a few months.

If you can handle rejection, stay consistent, and close appointments over the phone — this is for you.

What You'll Be Responsible For (starting point)

Generate 5+ booked appointments per week (starting with 200-300 calls/week per client)

✅ Hit 50+ real conversations per week (qualified prospects, not gatekeepers)

✅ Maintain high call quality - you sound professional, confident, and human

✅ Log every call in the CRM with detailed notes

✅ Report weekly on calls made, objections heard, bookings secured, and what you learned

How This Scales:

Week 1-4: Prove yourself (1 client)
→ 200-300 calls/week | 5+ bookings/week | Learn the system

Month 2-3: Scale up (2-3 clients or higher volume with one client)
→ 600-1000 calls/week | 10-15+ bookings/week | Earn more per booking

Month 4+: Go full-time (3-5 clients)
→ 1,200+ calls/week (300+/day) | 30+ bookings/week | Full-time income with performance bonuses

If you crush it? We'll increase volume as fast as you can handle it. Top performers will be making 300-400 calls per day within 6 months.

What We're Looking For

You don't need experience. You need the right skills and mindset.

Must-Haves:

- Sales or cold calling experience
- You can handle rejection. 90% of people will say no. You keep going.

- You sound natural on the phone. Not robotic. Not scripted. Just confident and conversational.

- You can think on your feet. When someone throws an objection, you adapt.

- You're accountable. You hit your 200 calls/week. No excuses.

- You have clear English. Professional tone. Minimal accent.

- You're tech-savvy. You can use a CRM, a dialer, Google Calendar, and Slack.

- You can work US hours. Our clients are in North America, so you'll need to work according to their time zones.

The Application Process

Step 1: Fill out the form below (2 minutes)

- Tell us who you are, why you're applying, and why you think you can do this job.

Step 2: Complete the Voice AI Assessment (5-10 minutes)

- You'll be redirected to a page where you'll call our AI system. This tests your ability to think on your feet and handle rejection.

Step 3: If you pass, we'll invite you to a short interview (15-20 minutes)

- We'll talk about your experience, your approach to cold calling, and make sure you're a culture fit.

Step 4: If you're a fit, we'll move to a paid test phase

- You'll make 100 calls for one of our detailing clients over 3-5 days. We'll track your results: conversations, objections, bookings.

- You'll receive an honorarium payment for completing the test phase (regardless of results). This isn't full hourly pay — it's compensation for your time and effort during the assessment.

If you crush it and bring in results, you move to Step 5.

Step 5: Welcome to the team. You start in January.

- You'll begin working with your first client, and as you prove yourself, you'll scale to 2-3+ clients and move to full-time.
