Your Role as a Lead Conversion Coordinator / Appointment Setter / CEO's right hand

We need someone to book intro calls for our CEO by following up with warm leads across phone, email, and Instagram.

Role Mission: To convert warm leads into booked intro calls and paid clients by relentlessly following up across all channels until prospects either book, pay, or clearly say no - freeing the CEO to focus on closing deals and delivering results.

COMPETENCIES

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY (80% of time - Revenue Generation):

1. Call warm leads daily (40-60 calls/day) + DMs

- Pull from CRM (200+ phone numbers from AI conversations gathered)

- Call prospects who gave contact info but never booked

- Call prospects who responded to IG DMs

- Goal: Book 10-15 intro calls/week on CEO's calendar

2. Follow up relentlessly (7-day sequence)

- Day 1: Call within 24h of lead coming in (double dial) + email followup

- Day 2: Email follow-up

- Day 3: Call again (double dial)

- Day 4: IG DM (if original contact was IG)

- Day 5: Email follow-up #3

- Day 6: Call again (doubel dial

- Day 7: Final email → mark longterm nurture and set 30-day reminder

3. Monitor all inbound channels

- Wink & Win IG DMs (AI handoffs + direct messages)

- Team email inbox

- GoHighLevel CRM (new leads, AI handoffs)

- Jump into conversations when AI hands off to human

4. Book intro calls

- Coordinate time with prospect

- Add to CEO's calendar 

- Track no-shows and reschedule (talk with CEO if calls happened)

5. Chase Blueprint payments (after CEO sends recap)

- CEO runs intro call → sends recap with Stripe link

- You follow up Days 2-7 if they don't pay

- Email, call, DM until they pay or say no

- Report daily: who paid, who needs nudge, who's not responding etc.

SECONDARY (20% of time - Operations):

6. Keep CRM spotless

- Log every call, email, DM

- Update pipeline stages

- Tag leads (hot/warm/cold/longeterm-nurture etc.)

- Set follow-up reminders

7. Monitor team inbox

- Check team inbox daily

- Flag urgent items to CEO

- Respond to simple questions (using approved templates)

- CC CEO on all emails

8. Report daily metrics

- Calls made

- Intro calls booked

- Payments chased

- Pipeline updates

- What's working, what's not


Competencies:

Sales Skills:

- Comfortable on the phone - 40-60 calls/day doesn't scare you

- Persistent but not pushy - You follow up 7x without being annoying

- Conversational, not scripted - You sound human, not robotic

- Objection handling - You can navigate "I'm busy," "Let me think," "How much is this?"

Communication Skills:

- Excellent written English - Grammar, spelling, tone (you represent Wink & Win)

- Clear speaking voice - Confident on calls, easy to understand

- Empathy - You understand detailers' struggles and speak to their pain

Tech Proficiency:

- GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, automations)

- Instagram DMs (comfortable managing conversations)

- Calendar

- Gmail (professional email communication)

- Phone/VoIP systems (making 40-60 calls/day)

- Google Sheets (tracking metrics)

Work Ethic:

- Self-starter - You don't need hand-holding

- Reliable - You show up, do the work, hit your numbers

- Organized - You track 200+ leads without dropping balls

- Resilient - You hear "no" 40 times and keep calling, you send 100 dms with not reply and you keep sending

- Data-driven - You know your numbers and optimize based on results

ROLE DETAILS

Role Type:

- Contractor (start) with potential for full-time employment

- December: 10h/week (paid test period)

- January: 20-30h/week

- February+: 30-40h/week (as agency scales)

Work Hours:

- Must overlap with US business hours (9am-5pm EST/CST/PST)

-Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during US daytime

Remuneration:

Base Rate:

December (test): $3/h × 10h-20h = $30-60

January: $4/h × 25h/week = $400/month

February: $4,5h × 35h/week = $630/month

March+: $5+/h × 40h/week = $800/month

Commission (performance-based):

$20 per Blueprint sold (when you booked the intro call)

$60 per Growth OS client (90-day program, when you booked the intro call)

Realistic Month 1 Earnings (January):

Base: $400

Commission: $120-240 (6-12 Blueprints)

Total: $520-640

Payment:

PayPal (required)

Paid weekly/biweekly/monthly - depending on the agreement (preferred 1st-5th of following month)

- We'll talk about your experience, your approach, and make sure you're a culture fit.

Step 3: If you're a fit, we'll move to a paid test phase

- You'll receive an honorarium payment for completing the test phase (regardless of results). This isn't full hourly pay — it's compensation for your time and effort during the assessment.

If you crush it and bring in results, you move to Step 4.

Step 4: Welcome to the team. You start in January.

- You'll begin working with your first client, and as you prove yourself, you'll scale to 2-3+ clients and move to full-time.
